The tertiary sector zone is situated on one of the large residential avenues, in the heart of the historic town centre of SOISSONS. It blends in with the residential, economic and tourist fabric and forms the district’s large business and services quarter. Both environmentally and architecturally, this 13-hectare park has high added value. It is open to all types of businesses working in the tertiary sector, high technologies, research, development and services.

It has a capacity of over 40,000 m2 of offices and services.

This park welcomes new businesses to its business centre-incubator: business centre = 1, 620 m2 and incubator = 1,689 m2. New businesses are also welcomed, by the headquarters, which acts as a business incubator for the district. Among the services available to businesses are meeting and conference facilities, audiovisual equipment, etc…

Public authorities and businesses alike are mobilizing to enable the spirit of innovation to develop in the area.

CETRIL acts as a transfer centre for free software technology and the Aisne Technopole practises its activities in developing sectors to ensure that they develop in the area. (ICT...).

A new business installed in the GOURAUD business park is eligible for the SOISSONS Urban Free Zone tax relief system (conditions apply). The business must be installed before the end of December 2008.
